I have to agree with the large number of voters who have said they officially unboned with their new CD, A Different Kind of Truth. I bought it as soon as it was released and have listened to it enough now to realize that Van Halen is officially back. I don't think they boned with Sammy Hagar because they put out some great stuff with him and they were able to take some of the classic tunes a...... (read more comments)

Before this site I never realized how potentially crazy Jon could be, he seems like a clinically depressed, schizophrenic, delusional, suicidal man who needs a lot of therapy, and to me it seems a lot funnier as a result the current Garfield comics for the most part seem rather boring in comparison, like for instance in some strips he declares it to be the best day he's ever had with a big smil...... I'm a fan of Bo's gimmick. He's playing it perfect so far. As for the others, like I said, Trips has an eye for something, but until Vince passes, all he can do is bring in the great talent, not help put them to the next level... (read more comments)

SSM that's probably why his Charizard disobeyed him so much, he never truely earned the badges he had. As for BW it sucks. Lv. 90+ Pikachu defeated by Lv. 5 or lower starter was only the beginning. Ash is 10 again. This time he's followed around by a pretty boy chef and a whiney brat who is barely smarter than Ash himself. Like in previous seasons the true main characters (Touya/Hilbert, Touko/...... (read more comments)

The "incredible technological innovations" consisted pretty much only of ways to access the internet via smaller devices. Cancer and AIDs are no closer to being cured than before, world hunger seems to be at least as bad as ever, life's even MORE complicated than it used to be, and all these technological innovations only serve to make it easier for total strangers to know everything about you ...... It's hard for me to get into these Olympics when Putin is such a slimeball. I don't like Obama at all, but I'll give him credit for not going over there to support this guy. Also, the lack of infrastructure, the treatment of LGBT, the killing of stray dogs and the high price tag for little return ($51 billion!!!!) has sealed the deal in keeping me uninterested. Ice Hockey is the only sport of t...... (read more comments)

For what it's worth, I've read (from various sources) that the Honey Boo-Boo family donates most (if not all) of the money they make off the show to charities and shelters, and give food and toys to the homeless and needy. Arthur COULD HAVE worked if it followed the formula of the first two seasons, especially season two, when Arthur established itself and was its best season. All these special episodes and treating it like the majority of crap on TV (i.e. drama shows) sharply downgrades the quality. It is supposed targeted to children with child-friendly and relevant issues toward growing up. Arthur boned...... (read more comments)

Yeah, the rape episode is kinda creepy......and they made it a two-parter no less. I saw the first part when it was first run but to this day have never seen the second. If it wasn't for google, I probably still wouldn't know who the rapist was, or his fate. I also don't like how his identity wasn't revealed until after he was shot dead.....so we don't get to see him confronted, arrested, tr...... (read more comments)

In defense of Highlander 2, the film was beset with budgetary difficulties which stemmed from runaway inflation in Argentina (the filming location) while the movie was being made. Creative control over the movie ended up passing to the bonding company, which did a hasty slap-together job that became the original theatrical version, which director Russell Mulcahy disliked in the extreme (and tha...... Miss America has been through hell and back. Beauty pageants have made a comeback in general lately. (See: "Here Comes Honey Boo-Boo" and "Toddlers and Tiaras") And it's a more diverse pageant than ever before: Miss America as of recently has had contestants with disabilities and of various ethnic backgrounds. It's not your mother's (or grandmother's) pageant. ... (read more comments)

My 10 year old nephew and I always get into an intellectual discussion about how Elmo does not teach proper English. It's sad to see such a classic TV show bone when it focuses primarily on Elmo and Abby Cadabby way too much. In my opinion Elmo should have stayed as a background character. another boning point was that they took one of the shows original stars off, Kermit the Frog. Kermit had s...... (read more comments)
