Country Music - Random Topics
Country has become so generic lately, you can't tell who's who since it all sounds the same, particularly the male artists who like to sing about their trucks. That's why I prefer the older acts, like Willie, Waylon, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Kenny, Dolly, and Glen Campbell. WKRP in Cincinnati - TV Shows
Never boned in its original version, that is the version with all the original music. On the DVD set, they even edited out scenes where a character casually sings a popular song. And they even replaced the doorbell that played "Fly Me to the Moon." I think that's taking things too far. At least on the Happy Days sets which have a lot of music replacements themselves, they were able to keep at least some original music and Richie still gets to sing "I found my thrill..." -- Submitted By: (JayD) on July 1, 2012, 11:01 pm

As a huge Bee Gees fan, I really take offense whenever they are referred to as a disco band. Yes, they did do a few disco tunes, good ones at that, but it was only a small part of their history. I never cared for the Louie Anderson because he always sounded like he was whining. Ray Coombs was pretty good, but Richard Dawson was the best host the show ever had. I always liked the special editions that featured casts of television shows competing with each other. I wonder if there was ever a team consisting of the cast of Hogan's Heroes.
