Christmas - Random Topics
I like Christmas songs as much as the next guy, but why does every second Christmas song I hear have to be Sleigh Ride? I'm so sick of that song. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on December 6, 2012, 12:07 am

Dr. Phil - TV Shows
I really can't stand him. And what's with all of these doctor shows on TV these days? Dr. Oz is another one. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on December 6, 2012, 12:01 am

Frank Welker - Celebrities
Although he is best known for voicing Fred from Scooby Doo, he is very good with animal sounds. Never boned. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on December 5, 2012, 11:55 pm

R. Kelly - Music Groups
Why doesn't he give up on this Trapped in the Closet schtick? It's getting very old. But I did like Weird Al's parody of it as Trapped in the Drive-Thru. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on December 5, 2012, 11:49 pm

Electric Light Orchestra - Music Groups
Never boned. They put out a lot of great music, though I never cared for All Over The World from the Xanadu soundtrack. Ever notice that Hold On Tight sounds a lot like What Have They Done To My Song Ma? Incidently, both songs have a verse sung in French. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on December 5, 2012, 11:45 pm

Grammy Awards - Random Topics
They just released the grammy nominees for 2012. For the most part, I'm happy with the nominations, but why is that awful Sexy and I Know It nominated for best pop vocal/ duo or group? At least Justin What'shisname isn't nominated for anything. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on December 5, 2012, 11:31 pm

Adele - Music Groups
Just wait until her next album whenever that will be and it will probably be called 23 or 24. It'll be huge. Meanwhile, I am really digging her theme from Skyfall. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 30, 2012, 11:48 pm

Guess Who, The - Music Groups
Without Burton, there is no Guess Who. I don't understand why he never acquired the rights to the Guess Who name, otherwise there wouldn't have been a bogus Guess Who going around. I remember seeing that album in the stores and I knew that there was something fishy about it. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 14, 2012, 10:16 pm

Rolling Stones, The - Music Groups
They have issued yet another greatest hits package. I've seen the track listing. There are some glaring omisions and many of the tracks are in their shorter single edits. Won't be giving up my Hot Rocks sets just yet. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 12, 2012, 10:14 pm

Deep Purple - Music Groups
Deep Purple, a real rock group, finally gets nominated for the rock and roll hall of fame. Long overdue, but it's a shame that Jon Lord had to die first. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 12, 2012, 10:02 pm

Ted Nugent - Music Groups
Okay, so Romney didn't win the election, but that is no excuse to diss Obama and call his supporters "pimps, whores, and welfare brats." -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 12, 2012, 9:51 pm

Lenny Kravitz - Celebrities
A few good songs but overall this guy is very annoying. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 2, 2012, 6:06 pm

Haley Joel Osment - Celebrities
So what happened to this guy anyway? I guess he's another former child star who is unable to make it as an adult star. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 2, 2012, 6:01 pm

Megadeth - Music Groups
So Dave Mustaine believes that Obama was behind the Aurora theatre shootings. I never liked Megadeth anyway, but he sure has boned for saying such a thing. I wouldn't be surprised if he thinks that Obama was behind Hurricaine Sandy. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on November 2, 2012, 5:54 pm

Hercules: The Animated Series - TV Shows
I'd rather watch the Hercules cartoons from the 1960s than this incarnation. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on October 30, 2012, 6:09 pm

Scorpions - Music Groups
The scorpions put out one of the greatest power ballads ever, "Still Loving You." However, I hate "Winds of Change." -- Submitted By: (JayD) on October 30, 2012, 5:44 pm

Moody Blues, The - Music Groups
If fans had a say about who gets inducted into the rock hall of fame, they would have been inducted in their first year of eligibility, yet the powers that be continue to snub them. Overall, they never boned but they did have their share of missteps, including "Sitting at the Wheel" which sounds almost like "Running on Empty." -- Submitted By: (JayD) on October 30, 2012, 5:33 pm

America (band) - Music Groups
Never boned, and they beat out the Eagles for best new artist at the grammies back in the early 70s. Of course the Eagles would go on to eclipse America in success, but it didn't mean that America's music is inferior. It isn't. Anyway, Rhino put out a great 22 song hits package about a decade ago that covered their entire career, yet it's harder to find these days than their still in print Greatest Hits album from the mid 70s. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on October 30, 2012, 5:22 pm

Steve Miller Band - Music Groups
Good stuff but his mid to late 70s material is overplayed on classic rock stations, that is songs that appear on his greatest hits(74-78)album which for some reason is still available despite a more recent and more comprehensive collection that had been available for a while and could now be out of print. This one has a few of his early songs like "Living in the USA" and "Space Cowboy." -- Submitted By: (JayD) on October 30, 2012, 5:07 pm

Avril Lavigne - Celebrities
She is the poster child for bad Canadian Music. I think it is fittling that she has hooked up with the guy from Nickelback. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on October 30, 2012, 4:42 pm
