Family Matters - TV Shows

I am always disappointed whenever they reveal the nominees for the hall and see some of my favourite artists being snubbed yet again. Will they ever induct great bands like Chicago, Yes, the Doobie Brothers, the Moody Blues or the (Small)Faces to name but a few? I really don't get why they keep nominating Chic. When the show starts up again in the fall, Stan will be nine again and his parents will still be together not knowing they will be divorcing eventually.
