LeBron James - Celebrities
I'm with those who are asking Soggy and DolFan to not leave - please don't! BTF would not be as lively without you two. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on June 17, 2011, 1:08 am

Westboro Baptist Church - Random Topics
To the 2,000 counter-protesters...I salute you true patriots! You're up there with those tire shops that refused service to those inbred WBC jerk-offs a few months ago when a couple tires on their minivan were slashed. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on June 17, 2011, 1:06 am

Beer - Random Topics
I don't care one way or another about beer, but then again, I seldom (if ever) drink. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on June 13, 2011, 8:12 am

Seth McFarlane - Celebrities
Until I heard about McFarlane's elation over King of the Hill coming to an end, I just figured him to be another loudmouth whose mama never taught him his mouth isn't used for breaking wind. He displayed his true colors with that outburst. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on June 13, 2011, 8:09 am

Patti LaBelle - Music Groups
Make it three of us. If I was that cadet, I wouldn't hesitate to drag her to court over that incident. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on June 13, 2011, 8:05 am

Flintstones, The - TV Shows
Seth McFarlane to do a reboot of The Flintstones? Hanna and Barbera are turning over in their graves with that bit of news. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 16, 2011, 5:31 pm

Larry the Cable Guy - Celebrities
He's so-and-so as a comedian, as an actor...that's something else. He was good as Mater in Cars, but three other movies he starred in (Larry the Cable Guy Health Inspector, Delta Farce, and Witless Protection) are in Rotten Tomatoes' 100 Worst Movies, from what I've read. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 14, 2011, 8:57 am

2012 doomsday prediction - Random Topics
@MacFan95 - Yeah, I heard of that claim as well. There was a billboard in my hometown proclaiming it, even had the words "The Bible guarantees it" in the lower left. It made me facepalm thinking the one behind it (Harold Camping, the guy who runs Family Radio) honestly believes his prediction is correct when it contradicts a good amount of the Bible. Camping and his bunch are in for a rude awakening, of that I am certain. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 14, 2011, 8:54 am

Michael Moore - Celebrities
Michael Moore thinks Osama bin Laden deserved a fair trial? *facepalm* Just when I think people can't possibly be any dumber, someone like Michael Moore proves me wrong. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 12, 2011, 12:19 am

Atkins Diet, the - Random Topics
I, too, am turned off by the bony look. Unfortunately, it seems like the fashion and modeling industries refuse to accept this fact and keep foisting the walking skeleton in their ads and photo sets. There's nothing wrong with some meat on the bones. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 11, 2011, 3:06 pm

Major League Baseball (MLB) - Random Topics
I'm inclined to believe that the 1994 players strike was the boning moment. If it wasn't for that strike, Tony Gwynn probably would have been the first player to hit .400 in a season since Ted Williams did so in 1941. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 2, 2011, 9:00 pm

Ice Cream - Random Topics
I admit I indulged in some Ben & Jerry's every once in a while, and I don't care where they stand in a political sense. Just enjoy the stuff and put the politics on the back burner. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 2, 2011, 8:07 pm

Osama bin Laden - Celebrities
Ding-dong, the spinach-chinned bastard's dead! Good-bye and good riddance. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 2, 2011, 7:53 am

New York Yankees - Random Topics
The only time I disliked the Yankees was when they swept my favorite team, the San Diego Padres, in the 1998 World Series. But that dislike was short-lived in the light of the fact the Padres could have won a couple of games in that particular World Series if their relief pitchers didn't throw gopher balls (pitches that were easy to hit) all the time. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 10, 2011, 9:06 am

Garbage Pail Kids - Random Topics
I've seen those same packs of GPK cards at Target as well, Robert - looks like they're doing flashback series (remember the days of the classic Garbage Pail Kids like Adam Bomb, Bye Bye Bobby, and Jolted Joel. If I wasn't strapped for cash at the time, I might have indulged in a pack or two, so I don't know if they went with the "pre-Coleco complaint" look or the redesign after said complaint. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 2, 2011, 10:06 am

Back to the Future - Movie Series
One of my favorite movie trilogies, although the third one was probably the weakest of them all. It came pretty close to boning, but it didn't. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on March 16, 2011, 1:59 pm

People of Walmart - Websites
I don't find the pictures funny in any way, and I avoid this site like the plague. There's nothing funny about overweight and/or poorly dressed people shopping at a large retail store. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on March 16, 2011, 1:49 pm

Mask, The - Movie Series
The first Mask movie was by and far one of Carrey's best efforts before he went serious. There was no need to make a sequel at all - wild horses couldn't make me watch that load of swill that was Son of the Mask. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on March 8, 2011, 12:33 pm

Die Hard - Movie Series
I think they should have stopped with Die Hard 3 - it wasn't as gripping as the first two. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on February 28, 2011, 9:16 am
