Vegetarianism - Random Topics
I don't mind vegetarians and vegans as long as they don't attempt to shove their "perfect" diet down my throat. If they stay off my back over my food choices, I'm cool with them. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 21, 2010, 2:06 pm

Peanut allergies - Random Topics
It's gotten ridiculous about allergies to certain foods, especially peanuts. I daresay it's more like the mass media has turned the general populace into a bunch of thin-skinned paranoid hypochondriacs over everything. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 21, 2010, 2:03 pm

Mel Brooks - Celebrities
Spaceballs, Robin Hood Men in Tights, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein...BRILLIANT! Mel Brooks is the undisputed ruler of how to make spoof movies. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on May 21, 2010, 2:01 pm

Street Fighter - Random Topics
It boned for me when it seemed like Capcom wouldn't release Street Fighter 3 and instead make "upgrade" after "upgrade" of Street Fighter 2. And in all those "upgrades"...it seemed to me that Ken and Ryu were more and more powerful while everybody else became clumsier and/or weaker. When Street Fighter 3 was finally released, I had moved on to other games. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 24, 2010, 11:43 pm

Who Wants to Marry a Multi-Millionaire - TV Shows
This farce was something that should never have gotten the green light. It boned before the ink was dry on the papers regarding it. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 24, 2010, 10:40 am

Futurama - TV Shows
Futurama never boned, IMO - if anything, it was Fox that boned by putting Futurama in a time slot where it was bound to be preempted by a football game going into overtime or they just HAD to show the stupid game "highlights" reel for the 7,833,215th time. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 24, 2010, 10:28 am

Political Correctness - Random Topics
Ugh, political correctness. The two words in the English language when used together in that context make me want to throw up. It's nothing but thinly-disguised Newspeak from 1984 by George Orwell. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 15, 2010, 10:48 am

Super Mario Bros. Super Show!, The - TV Shows
The live-action stuff with Captain Lou Albano (R.I.P.) was so-so. When it went to Club Mario and I saw the opening that involved that, my first thought was "What the hell is this crap?" Club Mario was an epic fail in terms of being "hip". -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 15, 2010, 10:39 am

Westboro Baptist Church - Random Topics
I sometimes wonder about Fred Phelps...were his parents related BEFORE they were married? The only other thing I'll say about this bunch of inbred dips is this: http://cheezburger.com/View.aspx?aid=1796066560 -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 15, 2010, 10:37 am

Weird Al Yankovic - Music Groups
Never boned - and being a husband and father sure hasn't slowed down the Weird One's propensity for musical craziness. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 14, 2010, 1:19 pm

Perez Hilton - Celebrities
Sucked from day one - what this walking freak show does regularly does not qualify for fame. Perez Hilton is despicable and he was the load his mama should have swallowed. Frankly, he deserved that punch in the face last year when he called will.i.am a f****t (pot calling the kettle black, anyone?). -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 5, 2010, 11:04 am

Beavis and Butthead - TV Shows
It BTF'ed when that dumb kid set a fire and the kid's stupid parents blamed B&B instead of the fact they were not supervising the kid in the first place. That's where a good number of parents these days fall flat - instead of taking responsibility for their negligence and stupidity, they blame something else (usually a video game and/or TV show) and the rest of us suffer for it. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on April 5, 2010, 10:57 am

Jane Fonda - Celebrities
One person who I don't mention around my dad (he did 5 tours in 'Nam) would be Jane Fonda. It's because of her actions that there are more names on the Vietnam Memorial Wall, and I don't buy her claim she embraced Christianity. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on March 27, 2010, 12:12 am

Paris Hilton - Celebrities
I voted Day 1 because she hasn't done anything to be called a celebrity. Her 15 minutes of fame expired years ago. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on March 22, 2010, 3:58 pm

Al Gore - Celebrities
Al Gore - a name I cannot think without feeling the bile rise in my throat. He could've taken defeat like a gentleman back in 2000 - instead, he behaves like a baby with a loaded diaper. And he wonders why people don't take him seriously? -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on March 22, 2010, 3:50 pm
