SimCity - Random Topics
I enjoyed SimCity on the SNES greatly, but no matter how hard I tried, I just could NOT make Megalopolis, either in a standard game or that scenario where it's 100% land and no water anywhere. The best I could do was a population of about 432,000 - then the ugly head of pollution vs. unemployment would arise and nothing I could do would satisfy the citizens. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 28, 2010, 8:50 pm

MTV: Music Television - Random Topics
When the music videos stopped and it became all reality shows was when MTV boned big time. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 28, 2010, 8:46 pm

Sam Kinison - Celebrities
Another one who passed too soon. I still get laughs out of this clip I saw on YouTube where he sang a torch song for Rodney Dangerfield. When he got to screaming, I was in stitches. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 28, 2010, 8:28 pm

Jay Leno - Celebrities
I didn't mind Jay Leno at first, but after awhile he ran some jokes into the ground. Some other bits were just stupid to begin with - a case in point would be the Wheel of Consolation during one season of American Idol. The person voted out in the most recent episode of American Idol spins the wheel, and most of the time it would stop on a dime (can you say rigged?) for some excessively lame joke/visual gag. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 28, 2010, 8:25 pm

Stella Awards - Websites
Agreed, Robert. If that practice of giving a Stella award to the litigant filing a frivolous lawsuit was started long ago, there wouldn't be insanely stupid lawsuits clogging up the justice system, and we wouldn't have these asinine warnings on everything. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 9:01 am

RiffTrax - Websites
I say they're the modern equivalent of Mystery Science Theater 3000 (only no silhouettes of the hecklers) and they riff on all movies (not just bad ones). I've seen some "best of" RiffTrax on YouTube and the comments make my ribs cave in. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:59 am

TheTruth.com - Websites
I, too, am tempted to light up just to spite TheTruth.com. Their commercials and ads are stupid beyond belief and they're condescending to the point it makes me sick. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:54 am

VHEMT.org (The Voluntary Human Extinction Movement - Websites
Sucked from the start. If they have such a problem with human existence, all I ask them to do is go stick their heads underwater three times and come up for air twice. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:51 am

Michael Richards - Celebrities
He boned when he repeatedly dropped the N-bomb in dealing with a heckler. He could have ignored that heckler and be a better person for it, but nope. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:49 am

Britney Spears - Celebrities
I'd say when she married K-Fed and then divorced him - the madness after that was an obvious indication she boned. Leaving her car in the middle of intersections, driving with her baby on her lap, shaving her head and checking into a loony bin...the list goes on and on. On the flip side, though, I didn't approve how the media hounded her nonstop and made a federal case out of everything she did - THAT STUFF IS NOT NEWS! -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:46 am

Ted Kennedy - Celebrities
If it wasn't for the face Teddy had friends in high places, Chappaquiddick would've ruined him, that's for sure. I still would rather go hunting with Dick Cheney than go for a drive with Ted Kennedy. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:35 am

Al Sharpton - Celebrities
The Critic summed him up perfectly in that Escape From the Big Apple video game - "Oh, no! The Reverend Al Sharpton!" "Blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah..." GAME OVER. In a nutshell, Sharpton's a self-centered windbag who doesn't realize people aren't taking him seriously. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:32 am

Jesse Jackson - Celebrities
He's a race-card-playing attention whore, plain and simple. Someone looks at him the wrong way, he screams "racist" while pointing fingers. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:30 am

Jon Hein - Celebrities
Made a good site, then sold to TV Guide for lots of $$$ and TV Guide ruins a perfectly good site. The fact Hein stays quiet about it...he doesn't want to admit he's a $ellout. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 27, 2010, 8:29 am

American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) - Random Topics
The ACLU wouldn't know what's good for America if it walked up to them and punched them in the face. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 22, 2010, 6:44 pm

Judge Judy - TV Shows
Same here, Robert. That would be an on-camera meltdown to beat all on-camera meltdowns. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 22, 2010, 3:09 pm

Twitter - Websites
I don't bother with Twitter, Facebook, Myspace or any of those other "social networking" things either. I'd prefer to keep my Internet anonymity. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 22, 2010, 1:30 pm

MoveOn.org - Websites
I first heard of MoveOn.org in the early months of the 2004 election - they were already putting on anti-Bush ads before the Democrats decided who would run on their ticket. Talk about wasting your ammo. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 22, 2010, 8:08 am

Yahoo! - Websites
The only time I use Yahoo is when I check my e-mail. I don't like the fact they ruined Netdisaster (geez, can't they take a joke?). -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 22, 2010, 8:00 am

Bullseye - TV Shows
The only reason I watched Bullseye was for the Bonus Island round - I liked guessing which window had the lightning. It was also considerably exciting watching someone win $5,000 because they got 3 bulls-eyes in one spin or they went 7 (later 10) times without getting the lightning. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on October 22, 2010, 7:57 am
