Three's Company - TV Shows
I voted "Never Boned" because I would honestly rather watch an episode of this for the 10th time than most of the current dreck on TV. I know it's trite and formulaic and banal, and it's STILL better. Fletch, you've gotta understand that 30 years ago, chicks had lower standards. You didn't have to have six pack abs, blindingly white teeth, etc. just to get a date. By late 70s/early 80s standards, Jack Tripper *was* a chick magnet. As for the Chrissy character, she was okay the first few episodes but then was made dumber and dumber until finally all suspension of disbelief was shattered since by the end of the second season Chrissy would've literally been too stupid to live. Then Cindy was a one-note klutz (she accidentally injures Jack yet again with her clumsiness, I get it already). I laughed every time I saw that preview on TV. BTW Robert, the fact that Kramer records the incident on tape is actually HELPFUL to the cops, since they'd now be able to see the crime and who's perpetrating it. Furthermore charging across the street to stop an armed robber is about as stupid as one can be. Seinfeld - TV Shows
Still watch every Seinfeld rerun I have time for, because even an episode I've already seen 15 times is better than 99% of new stuff on TV. I saw a theory about the finale online years ago (not my own) that makes sense to me. When Kramer jumps up and down on the private plane he causes it to crash and they all die. What we see for the rest of the show is their afterlife. The whole courtroom scene is the gang literally being judged on their worthiness for heaven--or hell. In the end they get sent down below, and "hell" for them is having to spend an eternity in the same jail with each other. BTF when one season ended with a fiery car crash that had absolutely NO REASON to happen (it just veers off the road into some random building) and when the new season starts some of the deputies are DEAD and the remaining original ones act like they never even existed!!!!
