Okay, so she's a sportswriter. I read the south Florida papers online all the time for Dolphins news, and I've never heard of her. Still doesn't change the fact that Dave Barry, after talking about Beth nonstop in his books and columns for years, apparently dropped her like a bad habit (we never get to see or hear her side of the story do we?) and decided to have a baby at age 49 (!) with someone 18 years younger. Can we say mid life crisis? I hope I never start acting that way when I get to be in that age range. It's just so cliched. He's just another 50-plus guy with a trophy wife. ChubbyRain, if you thought the first one was bad, the sequels make it look like Citizen Kane! Not that I didn;t love how, in the first one, they spent the whole movie hyping up the so-called "ultimate mix" of vampire and werewolf--sorry, Lyacan--only to have this alleged ultimate creature get his ass kicked at the end by the head vampire and only being saved by the hot asskicker chick.
