Osama bin Laden - Celebrities
Thanks Kingbk!!! We wouldn't steer you wrong :-) And the sad part is, I KNEW the left would react this way. Just google "Rashard Mendenhall tweet" for some REAL absurdity. How can those people live with themselves??? If they really believe this, how can America ever stop declining until the right is put back in charge of society again like it was pre-60s? Also, I have to take back what I said about Oprah. I could've sworn she said that at the time but I can't find anything on the net to verify it. I'm thinking it was actually Rosie O' Donnell who said this or words to that effect, and since she and Oprah were tight at the time I just assumed Oprah thought that way too. So I was wrong about that. (But not about the majority of celebs feeling that way, I really believe that.) -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on May 3, 2011, 6:52 pm

Osama bin Laden - Celebrities
All the celeb terrorist sympathizers who called the 9/11 bombers heroes (I'm looking at you, Oprah) must be weeping right now >:-D I wonder if any of them will have the guts to mourn him publicly... -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on May 2, 2011, 1:29 pm

Los Angeles - Random Topics
Kingbk, you made the right choice, and confirmed what I'd figured all along about LA and California in general. South Florida has beaches and sunny weather too but trust me, you wouldn't want to actually live there either--and Florida has no tax on groceries. I got out of there in '97 and haven't been back since. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on May 1, 2011, 5:59 pm

And just think Soggy, if you'd had your way and nobody ever introduced any new topics they didn't like, you'd never have heard of a site that now doesn't exist! I'll bet you feel silly now ;-) -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 30, 2011, 5:20 pm

Facebook - Websites
The real reason Facebook exists is to make it easier for the authorities to track your every move. Same goes for Twitter. They don't want you to know this of course for obvious reasons. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 30, 2011, 5:17 pm

Michael Jordan - Celebrities
MJ was my favorite player, to such a degree I literally stopped caring about the NBA after he retired--the second time. Let's not pretend he was a saint off the court though. But at the same time, all his off court excesses look tame compared to NBA players and people in general today. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 7:13 pm

Law - Random Topics
Haha, I knew Soggy would disagree :-) But seriously, there's a direct correlation between the liberal takeover of America in the 60s and the increasing ineffectiveness of the rule of law since, to the point where even non-celebs today get away with anything and everything. What's the point of even having law if it's always going to be circumvented? -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 7:10 pm

Zero Tolerance Policies - Random Topics
Zero tolerance policies wouldn't be needed if everyone just enforced current laws and rules already in existence. But that doesn't even come close to happening today, so you get this zero tolerance thing which it turns out isn't enforced half the time either. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 7:07 pm

Commercials - Random Topics
Commercials boned for good when Tivo was invented. From that point on, ad execs just assumed everyone had Tivo and would always just skip through the commercials so they literally stopped trying to make them even remotely watchable and started making them as dumb and obscene as possible because again, they just assume nobody notices. Which defeats the whole purpose of even having commercials, go figure. BTW Congress actually did something right for once and passed a law forcing ads to stop being so loud, but after a few weeks of conforming to the new law it seems they're right back to the loudness again. BTW it was based on being as loud as "the loudest point of a show" so if you're watching an action show with, say, one loud explosion or bang then somehow ad makers though it was okay for *all* commercials to be as loud as that. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 7:05 pm

Soggy, my family's not like that either. But if you can't see the reality of how the American nuclear family is being rendered nearly extinct--by design--then I don't know what to tell you. As far back as the 80s half the kids I knew had parents who were divorced, to the point where my high school counselor felt she had to ask me if *mine* were divorced before graduation for seating arrangements or some such. And it's far worse now. Now people can;t even stay in a relationship, period. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 6:58 pm

No doubt about it, the 60s and the Baby Boomers were the beginning of America's decline and eventual end. Everything bad we see and know today had its roots back then. My mom's even admitted it. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 6:53 pm

Justin Bieber - Celebrities
HA!!! I KNEW the truth about him would come out!!! Folks, the Bieber from the link below is the REAL him. Everything else is just a carefully concocted persona for the cameras. I knew it all along!!! -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 6:49 pm

Prince William of Wales - Celebrities
Kingbk, it's not just talk, it's reality. Everybody under age 30 takes their behavioral cues from American celebrities. You could even say that for everybody over 30 these days as well. Those two are masterful at putting on a public facade, I'll give them that. They may even be more mature than, say, Justin Bieber. But they're about as "regular" as any other celebs. Tell me, did 500 million people watch *your* wedding on TV? -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 6:37 pm

Las Vegas - Random Topics
Meanwhile, where I live the Mississippi river is flooding over maybe to it's highest point in recorded history and people's houses all over the area are in danger of being underwater, if they aren't already. And we humans brag about our technology because we have texting and Twitter, HA!!! Seriously, is there no way to transport all this excess water to Vegas or other places? And if not, why not? -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on April 29, 2011, 6:34 pm
