Frosty the Snowman - TV Shows
The original, from December 1969 is THE version. Narrated by Jimmy Durante and starring Jackie Vernon as Frosty and Billy De Wolfe as the fussy, quite irritable prime donna of a magician Professor Hinkle... -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on October 10, 2015, 1:06 am

Batman (1966) - TV Shows
Truer points were never said, Mr.anonymous writer (who explained that rather than campy, that it was satirical!) I also side with all of the other positive cheese is good comments as ocferman put it. Holy Airplane like Satire (because that is what it was!)! Naked Gun..! If you want to see (wiuth different characters though) what this crazy production team also did but in the dark DARK KNIGHT batman, the Green Hornet is done the way that the original and modern Batman (not the TV comics) are done...buzzzzz! -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on September 27, 2015, 2:34 am

M. Night Shyamalan - Celebrities
He's just this year done a new one, "The Visit", and it's a bit different in using no music and "filmmaking"(young teen,in this case..) set up and being considerably lighter, with a boy and girl who are siblings (and one of them being the "Alexander" of Disney's movie last year, "Alexander and the...day".) -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on September 18, 2015, 9:48 am

Lindsay Lohan - Celebrities
PS Lindsay doesn't even have to be on my proposed roast....in fact better if that were the case...both fans and foes can take shots, in modifing my last posting comment (three postings in a row..) -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on September 12, 2015, 10:53 am

Lindsay Lohan - Celebrities
Despite my IMDB.com signature that I put (see my last posting here) I still have and like many Lindsay movies.. BUT she needs a GOOD roast..by LISA LAMPANELLI or ME..(:))..with her preferably NOT present...on Comedy CENTRAL particularly... THE ROAST OF LINDSAY LOHAN 1. "When she got out of one of her car crashes, that wasn't blood from injuries but from her period." 2. "Lindsay Lohan does NOT have freckles. She has perpectual measels. Or is it Chicken Pox?" 3. "Lindsay Lohan can be very easily detected from 20 miles away. If you smell a very strong, very ROTTEN tuna smell----well....it is her...!" 4. "Lindsay Lohan was only hired for that Disney comedy "Teenage Drama Queen"(partial title) to do those put on disgusies ONLY because AMANDA BYNES was currently unavailable"(and sadly Amanda Bynes joined Lindsay but still...my Internet Movie Datasbase message board signature "preferring" her over LL still stands..especially since I did not use italics LOL) 5. "Lindsay Lohan loves older men..even as a little girl in her first, "Parent Trap" (the Hayley Milles 1961 movie remake in 1998), that she did a "Lolita" job on the men in the film"./ -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on September 12, 2015, 10:51 am

Family Affair (1966) - TV Shows
This was one the several shows where a hair change was better--Cissy\'s hairdos improved..I liked her more older look...(I was on the Cosby Show board and they made the very good usual point of a hairstyle point not changing...) This show rocked back and forth from being a comedy and a drama, but then so did all of the pre-70s shows by a number of studios, including Screen Gems, and the studio and that made this, and My 3 Sons, and the forgotten To Rome with Love, (aka MTS with girls!), the independent Don Fedderson Productions, which, BY THE WAY, did the original versions of two of the most iconic music shows of the era! (Liberace and Lawrence Welk. Mr.Fedderson, btw, was the broadcaster of the station that put Liberace on TV..source:THE WORSE TV SHOWS EVER, 1980, Bart Andrews).(update:included autholr's name after looking it up in Amazon) -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on August 31, 2015, 8:52 pm

Get-Along Gang, The - TV Shows
Mark Evanier was the writer you mentioned, Travoltron. He's apretty neat historian that you probaly know of. His News from Me blog has been going on forever (Get it? M(ark) E(vanier)=Me.) And Robert, agreed with your comment. even Worse that many animation greats (animators Ken harris, Virgil Ross voices June Foray, Don Messick as for Smurfs, and others just to mention) worked on this.. -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on August 25, 2015, 9:53 am
