Baseball has the Yankees (or Red Sox). College Football has Notre Dame. Basketball has the Lakers (or Celtics). Hockey has the Canadiens (or Red Wings, if you have been into it the past 20 or so years). The Dallas Cowboys are the team that is universally hated by most everyone that is into the sport. -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on August 12, 2012, 10:27 pm - (0 votes)

Day 1. Hated them ever since Staubach to Pearson, and probably would have longer if 1977 hadn't been my first year watching. -- Submitted By: (ParkerTillman) on August 10, 2012, 1:13 pm - (0 votes)

Well even though my team is now FUBAR I can at least take comfort in the now traditional Cowboys December Dive :-D When will America wake up and see that Tony Romo is one of the most overrated people on the planet and stop caring who he happens to be screwing this month? -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on December 13, 2011, 7:37 pm - (0 votes)

And once again the Cowboys choke. That's ok, they would have lost in the first round anyway. -- Submitted By: (Jp) on December 12, 2011, 5:21 pm - (0 votes)

The Cowboys are playing terribly right now because Wade Phillips doesn't instill discipline in his players, therefore they make stupid, easily avoidable mistakes. Maybe when Jerry ships him out for a better coach they can start winning games again! -- Submitted By: (ScottyB) on October 19, 2010, 8:12 pm - (1 votes)

The franchise itself didn't bone, but their season sure did after they visited the MAUL of America! Aikman was obviously disconcerted as he attempted to provide the commentary. Better luck next season. -- Submitted By: (Nature_Boy) on January 19, 2010, 7:03 pm - (0 votes)

On December 28, 1996, the Cowboys beat Minnesota, 40-15, in the wild-card round- that was their last post season win, not Super Bowl XXX... but your intent is the same- post season superstars, to post season Goats after 1995 Season Super Bowl Win over the Steelers. -- Submitted By: (Chubby Rain) on May 6, 2009, 8:54 am - (0 votes)

They haven't won a playoff game since Super Bowl XXX. Despite all of the talent, despite all of the money, they can't do anything with it when it counts. They could go 16-0 and snatch up home-field advantage, and they would choke and lose in the divisional round. -- Submitted By: (McT) on May 6, 2009, 8:24 am - (0 votes)
