When I went to the one in Fort Worth a couple of years ago, I did not get the hype. Funny thing is that my Texas relatives do not understand in and out burgers, which I consider an L.A. treasure. -- Submitted By: (jwswindell) on October 5, 2016, 8:23 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Sonic's happy hour(half priced drinks everyday from 2-4) is seriously great. 50 cents for a watermelon slushee? Heck yes. -- Submitted By: (Liva148) on April 16, 2012, 5:01 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Used to like them, but like Walmart they're EVERYWHERE now -- Submitted By: () on November 3, 2011, 12:11 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
They have the best crushed ice anywhere! -- Submitted By: (Stephanie) on October 24, 2011, 9:50 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I have to comment on this because this happened today. My wife picked up Sonic this morning. She bought, what I'm guessing is Sonics answer to McDonalds Mcskillet burrito, which is phucking nasty. Well,so is Sonics! I guess they couldn't bother with putting crumbled sausage in the burrito. Instead, they were patties. The bacon was rubbery to the point of inedibility. I think they forgot to heat it up because the cheese was not melted. It was just awful. Their Burgers are decent at best. -- Submitted By: (Jp) on August 13, 2011, 6:19 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
I do not go to Sonic for the food per se, but for the wide assortment of shakes, slushes, sodas, and limeades. No other fast food joint has such a variety! -- Submitted By: (earmark72) on April 27, 2011, 3:05 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Sonic has quite a variety of food worth eating - my favorite would have to be the cheesy tater tots. I never ate there during breakfast hours, so I have no opinion on that. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on July 18, 2010, 3:59 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
It's a nice change of pace to eat tater tots instead of french fries with your meal. The food there is good. I don't eat breakfast there, so I can't say anything about that. But the stuff printed on the tater tot box made me furrow an eyebrow: "If french fries come from France, Tater tots come from Awesome, because they are awesome". It makes no sense at all. It's probably a subtle way of saying "Your tater tots are getting cold because you're wasting time reading this box!" I honestly think THAT would have been better! -- Submitted By: (Robert) on July 17, 2010, 8:15 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Some of the stuff at Sonic is great (burgers, fries), but their breakfast stuff is crap. -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on December 7, 2009, 7:53 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Sonic is a great place to go eat out at. Their products are good, the people friendly, and their dessert menu is extensive! Recently, I have been changing my ordering habits there because they added a dollar menu! Still, it's never a dull moment eating at Sonic; like Dairy Queen, this restaurant is also a Texas staple! -- Submitted By: (SVN) on April 25, 2009, 7:37 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
