An update: I had to get a new AC recently, and had two choices: Lowes' or Home Depot. Having visited both (as Lowes' did not have the one I needed), I got to compare the prices. Home Depot has better prices, and I was far more likely to get assistance and help from Home Depot. Blue may be easier on the eyes than orange, but orange is much easier on the wallet than blue. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on September 13, 2013, 6:03 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Well that's weird, it's just the exact opposite where I live. Home Depot trumps Lowes in customer service and knowledge . As a matter of fact, Lowes doesn't receive my business anymore. That's how low lowes customer service is. I wouldn't know about their knowledge, never gets that far. -- Submitted By: (Jp) on August 30, 2013, 4:20 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
JoeBag, my dad will agree with you on that statement. The Home Depot in the area where I am at seems full of idiots and people who could care less, while Lowes seems to be a total opposite. -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on February 12, 2010, 3:53 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I concur. Blue and white are much easier on the eyes than orange. Lowe's > Home Depot. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on May 17, 2009, 12:12 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Lowe's kicks Home Depot's butt hands down. I hate shopping in an orange themed store and the workers aren't as nice. I'll take Lowe's every time. -- Submitted By: (JoeBagODonuts) on May 12, 2009, 12:13 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
