Adam Sandler Comments (You must Login to Comment)

The 90s he was funny as heck, the 2000s he showed some versatility with some serious roles (Punch-Drunk Love, Spanglish, Reign Over Me, Funny People) and still some funny movies (Click, 50 First Dates, etc.). Since Chuck and Larry, though, it's been bomb after bomb. He's getting up there in Eddie Murphy territory with the number of flops he's coming out with. Time to end the partnership with Dennis Dugan, scale back the crudeness, and try something new. The juvenile humor isn't cutting it anymore. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on July 1, 2012, 10:07 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
I am finally getting tired of Sandler's movies. I'm a fan, have been for a long time. The string of movies he's been spitting out for the last few years are really terrible. I'm not even sure which of his movies pinpoint the start of the decline. This last one, where he plays his twin sister, UGH! Horrible! I Still can't believe Al Pacino agreed to it. -- Submitted By: (Jp) on July 1, 2012, 5:10 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote

Some of his early movies were ok, afterwards it was more miss for him than hit.. 20 First Dates was the last decent one he's been in -- Submitted By: () on December 6, 2011, 6:55 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
He always acts like such a retard. Day 1. The only halfway decent things he's done, was Wedding Singer, and performing for the troops. -- Submitted By: () on December 6, 2011, 9:24 am - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
Adam Sandler's movies are all exactly the same: little boy in a man's body. Only the film's title changes. Seen ONE Adam Sandler movie? Then you've seen them all... YAWN -- Submitted By: () on October 21, 2011, 5:33 am - (4 votes) - Login to Vote
All downhill after "Happy Gilmore" always plays the same dimwit character -- Submitted By: (lrbloom) on November 28, 2010, 8:44 am - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
Sandler's a bit of a hit-and-miss type - a couple of personal favorites are Little Nicky, 8 Crazy Nights, and Happy Gilmore. -- Submitted By: (BigAl) on September 5, 2010, 8:36 am - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
His movies are hit and miss but mostly miss. However, I did like 50 First Dates. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on September 4, 2010, 10:25 pm - (4 votes) - Login to Vote

Talented actor, but "I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry" was a close call. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on May 28, 2009, 10:11 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
My favorite movie with him is "Happy Gilmore" and the part where he fights with Bob Barker! "The Price is Wrong, Buddy!" -- Submitted By: (SVN) on May 12, 2009, 7:27 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
Sandler is still a funny guy, a few of his films have been bombs but so far he still seems to have it goin for him, we'll see how he reacts to "Bedtime Stories" -- Submitted By: (gpshaw) on April 27, 2009, 2:24 am - (-4 votes) - Login to Vote
