Music Groups - Temple of the Dog

Temple of the Dog was an American rock band that formed in Seattle, Washington in 1990. It was conceived by Chris Cornell of Soundgarden as a tribute to his friend, the late Andrew Wood, lead singer of Malfunkshun and Mother Love Bone. The line-up included Stone Gossard on rhythm guitar, Jeff Ament on bass guitar (both ex-members of Mother Love Bone), Mike McCready on lead guitar, Matt Cameron on drums and Eddie Vedder providing lead and backing vocals.

1 Never boned. The band members were wise enough to stick to this being a one off LP project, despite the commercial success of the album. -- Submitted By: (John63btf) on June 5, 2013, 7:52 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
2 Hunger Strike is such a great song. I love hearing Eddie Vedder and Chris Cornell sing together in a duet. That way I don't have to choose between the two. -- Submitted By: (rainbowjane) on April 16, 2009, 8:01 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
