Is it possible to combine "They break out of prison" and "They broke out of prison" into a single "reason"? -- Submitted By: () on December 22, 2016, 9:18 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Season 1 was brilliant. Season 2 was good enough, and was vital to the narrative. Season 3 and Season 4 are when it became clear that the show was being continued for the sake of ratings for the network, instead of being continued for the narrative. The amount of plot twists in 3 & 4, especially 4, were outrageous, and you could clearly tell they were only being put in there because the writers had already wrapped up the story, were told to continue it by the network, and had no idea what to do with it. Someone on another messageboard said he stopped at the part where Michael says to Lincoln "we did it. We're free", and THAT is where it should have really ended. -- Submitted By: (JG) on March 8, 2011, 11:09 am - (9 votes) - Login to Vote
You hit right on the nail cfc2011, they should have ended it sailing to the sunset with his girlfriend on his arms on something like that. But they got greedy and instead make that crap called season 3. Now we got recycled plots, death of Sarah with a head in a box. After that I stopped watching, although I checked season 4 for a peek and I saw they brought back Sarah again, don't care how because season 4 going suck anyways. Thanks FOX for ruining another great show. -- Submitted By: (SSM) on January 9, 2011, 8:27 am - (-1 votes) - Login to Vote
This was awesome serie, from start to end. And who the hell put the reason of genetic experiment, because thats not ever true come on. -- Submitted By: (mauszx) on November 5, 2010, 4:27 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
I watched Prison Break right up to the end, but there was definitely a decline in quality each season. I guess it boned at the end of season 2, when they should've sailed off and lived happily ever after... But instead they dragged it on for another 2 seasons where it felt like they were just making it up as they went along. Still, season 1 was one of the best shows I've ever seen. -- Submitted By: (cfc2011) on October 8, 2010, 10:25 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Every show which tries to convince the audience that it is possible to break out of prison by pulling a steel window out of a beton wall with an elevator (hello, no pull there, an elevator simply hangs on a cable) just plain sucks! -- Submitted By: (Swanpride) on September 5, 2009, 7:38 pm - (-1 votes) - Login to Vote
I'm glad this show went off the air so I could stop getting beaten over the head with how "great" it was, even though it seemed like 3/4 of the show happened *after* the guy escaped prison. -- Submitted By: (DolFan316) on June 9, 2009, 7:00 pm - (-1 votes) - Login to Vote
The "Death" of Sara was a huge moment in the show. It really had an impact for the viewers. I was really impressed with their ballsiness, until they just erased it with an incredibly weak explanation. -- Submitted By: (Dropmurphy) on May 20, 2009, 4:10 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
It was a fun show. Ran a bit to long but I still liked it. -- Submitted By: (Hikariu) on May 16, 2009, 5:24 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
I can't believe they ended the show THAT way. What a series finale unbelievable!! -- Submitted By: (kitchenbreak) on May 16, 2009, 2:14 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I really liked Prison Break until just before the hiatus of Season 4, when agent Self turned on the team right outta the blue. Everyone in the show that the main characters team up with turn out to be evil and the cycle repeats. I got tired of it and stopped recording/watching. Although, I did just check out the finale, at least there was some closure in the end. -- Submitted By: (steelprime) on May 15, 2009, 8:46 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
Whoops! meant avid fan not vivid fan in my last post. I have read that they want to make a spinn-off of the show with a female prison and a female being the main character. Yes I know what you guys are thinking but I think a lot of PB viewers including me will have a peek at the spin-off. -- Submitted By: (kitchenbreak) on April 1, 2009, 7:39 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I was a vivid fan of Prison Break but my fandom decreased in season 3. They should have stopped at season one or season two. Season 4 is the last season. -- Submitted By: (kitchenbreak) on April 1, 2009, 2:23 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
You have to take Prison Break for what it is. The premise and most everything that occurs is ridiculous. But, it's a fun show. -- Submitted By: (rick283) on March 13, 2009, 11:24 am - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
I just got done watching 'Prison Break.' Actually, truth be told I just got done deleting the season pass from my DVR after not even finishing the episode. I'm in shock and can't understand how FOX and the creative team behind 'Prison Break' thought putting Sara's severed head in a box ( Seven anyone?) was the best way to advance season 3. While Michael and Linc and their relationship drives the story Michael and Sara were the heart of 'Prison Break' and they jut ripped the heart out of the series. No matter what happens from here on out I won't be around for the ride. -- Submitted By: (Hikariu) on March 10, 2009, 1:54 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
