During the first season, the kids run off to their home in New York.. Angela & Tony go after them, and happen to find them playing around parked cars on the street.. 'cause we all know how small New York is, right? In the third season, after they've known each other for 2 yrs, they discover each went to the same summer camp..where they both had their first kiss (altogether, not just with each other).. 2 i don't even know why they needed another kid.. it should've just lasted 5-6 seasons but overstayed its welcome.. it was an ok show at first though -- Submitted By: (stryker73) on August 31, 2012, 1:26 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Never liked this show. Tony Danza is one of the worst actors to grace my TV screen, and the writing and acting was some of the worst I've seen. Hard to believe Katherine Helmond went from a terrific role on Soap to this piece of trash. Honestly, ABC sitcoms in the 80s-90s were the worst. Full House, Family Matters, Growing Pains, Boy Meets World, Perfect Strangers, Step by Step, Who's the Boss... each and every one of them is full of tarter sauce. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on July 1, 2012, 5:12 pm - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
I won't get into a "boning match" over how good / bad an actor Tony Danza is. I will say he was probably the best thing in THIS, which is not saying much. It's possible some of, or even all of, the other characters were better actors, but they didn't prove it on this show. Only Katherine Helmond had nothing to prove. -- Submitted By: (ParkerTillman) on June 29, 2012, 4:45 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I hated it from the beginning, too! And now, it's defiling TV Land (or is it WE TV...?) Not sure, I change the channel so fast, I don't bother to see what network is airing it. -- Submitted By: (Stephanie) on October 14, 2010, 6:55 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Tony Danza ... possibly the worst actor in the world. I hated this show with a passion. -- Submitted By: (JustLooking) on October 9, 2010, 5:30 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
