TV Shows - Robonic Stooges, The

The Robonic Stooges is a 1978 Hanna-Barbera cartoon based on The Three Stooges. Moe, Larry, and Curly are three bionic secret agents who mess things up in typical Stooge fashion. Since the actors for the original stooges were deceased by this time, the Stooges were instead voiced by Paul Winchell (Moe), Joe Baker (Larry), and Frank Welker (Curly).

Robonic Stooges, The Comments (You must Login to Comment)

1 I remember seeing this cartoon back when it originally aired, and even back then I thought it was stupid. Anyone who's seen any of the REAL Stooges' work will realize in a heartbeat that this cartoon is crap. @elainewood: Actually, in the 1970s, it would have more likely been pot (or acid) than coke, but your point is well taken all the same. -- Submitted By: (Mythigator) on August 1, 2014, 10:48 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
2 Even non-Stooge fans would have to cringe when they see this garbage, part of the last shred of money Moe Howard's son-in-law, Norman Maurer, could squeeze out of the dead trio. Excruciating when first aired, simply laughable when viewed today. -- Submitted By: (GregEichelberger) on July 23, 2014, 2:36 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
3 These guys made Inspector Gadget look like Bruce Lee to their Steven Segal.... Horrible -- Submitted By: (dr_sarcastor) on September 13, 2010, 10:32 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
4 Huh, this must've been before I was sentient as I don't remember this one. Did someone resurrect the Stooges with cybernetics? That's kind of morbid. -- Submitted By: (Travoltron) on September 10, 2010, 3:47 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

6 Another of those kid's shows that was pretty much God's way of telling us that tv producers were doing too much cocaine back in the day. -- Submitted By: (elainewood) on September 9, 2010, 11:39 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
