By the way I love Candy Corn and Circus Peanuts....maybe the two MOST attacked candies and seriously, they BOTH need a "BoneTheFish" entry of their own..of coruse every candy does and that it could be a separate candy...Candy...which bones,. -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on March 29, 2015, 8:56 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
I've had Necco wafers on four occasions since Thanksgiving weekend and have enjoyed them. Sorry Pelirojo and Robert but Neccos are tasty..just threw the wrapper of my latest one away AND the date was 2015, NOT 1853!! Shanequia, you don't know HOW bad Tootsies are LOL! -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on December 10, 2014, 12:33 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

Cartooner, it didn't make you bad to hate Tootsie rolls, btw. -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on October 26, 2014, 11:00 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Shanequia, wax is EXACTLY the texture of Tootsies.. Mr.Zimpy, your uncle isn't off base at all about what Tootsies looked like. I'm sure when that 1920s song Toot Toot Tootsie Goodbye was written, it was about Tootsie rolls! (To be honest though, the other-flavored varieties that the early 1970s brought were pretty good...) Robert, Neccos were pretty chalk like and at one brand of chewable vitamin (looking like a large white wafer) tasted similarly...Necco, btw, doesn;t have its own entry, but the name for them meant New England Confectionery Company. PrinceJ, your description of the flavor as artificial artificial chocolate also summed my youthful feelings about Tootsies. Didn't completely dislike them, but never really sank my teeth into them (and Pelirojo, good luck with the crown in the last four years that you it-I;'ve had a number of crowns and they work pretty well..) -- Submitted By: (PokeyJHorse) on October 26, 2014, 10:59 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I like tootsie rolls. I don't eat them all the time, usually around Halloween. Even if all the good candy is gone. -- Submitted By: (Jp) on December 14, 2013, 10:07 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
Cartooner: not at all. And yes, Necco wafers are way worse than Tootsies ever could be. No matter what flavor they are, they taste like Tums tablets. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on March 22, 2011, 10:17 am - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
I used to eat Tootsie Rolls. Does that make me bad? -- Submitted By: (cartooner) on March 15, 2011, 8:00 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
I remember the first time my Uncle ate this candy, he was about to eat it and said "what is this? SHIT!?!?!" In all seriousness, Tootsie Rolls are one of the worst candy ever. -- Submitted By: (Mr.Zimpy) on March 15, 2011, 5:09 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Prince J, Have you ever had Necco Chocolate Wafers? Think St. Joseph's Chewable Aspirin in texture with a chocolately taste so vague(and oddly causing puckering) , that Tootsie Rolls taste almost the equivilant of Lindt Chocolate. -- Submitted By: (Pelirojo) on August 2, 2010, 11:28 am - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
They don't taste like artificial chocolate. They taste like artificial artificial chocolate. Yuck. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on August 2, 2010, 11:00 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
The most "unchocolate" chocolate I ever tasted. -- Submitted By: (PrinceJ) on August 1, 2010, 7:20 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
Shanequia, I always thought they tasted like chocolate taffy myself but only if I have one or two small ones. More than that gets tiresome. In any case, I can't eat them anymore now that I'm due for a dental crown. Oh well. -- Submitted By: (Pelirojo) on May 18, 2010, 11:42 am - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
there aint nothing good about eating a roll of chocolate flavored wax. it just wrong. -- Submitted By: (shanequia) on May 17, 2010, 11:35 am - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
