The What a Cartoon! Show was a mid-90s showcase of cartoons on Cartoon Network. It became a launching point for many cartoons, including Dexter's Laboratory, Cow and Chicken, Powerpuff Girls, and Courage the Cowardly Dog.

1 Whether you liked the shorts or not, there's no doubt that this show (along with its Nickelodeon counterpart, Oh Yeah Cartoons) was the beginning for several animators, such as John R. 2 An interesting tidbit: if you watched What a Cartoon!, you may have caught two shows called "The Life of Larry" and "Larry and Steve".
