I have to admit to liking most of his stuff however silly some of it may be(i.e. Lost and Found), but the "Dickie Roberts" character was bordering on being sickening - a 35 year old has-been sleeping in the same room with grade school kids - it was definitely in bad taste and gimme a break with that "Nucking Futs" slogan; that also wasn't even remotely funny. I can atleast tolerate him on "Just Shoot Me" But no more child stars. -- Submitted By: (lrbloom) on August 17, 2011, 2:56 am - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
Did anyone see Grown Ups? If so, did anybody believe Spade could be not only a player but knew how to take out spark plugs. oh the fantasies. -- Submitted By: (Jp) on July 20, 2011, 5:00 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
David Spade is the king of sarcasm. -- Submitted By: (MCS) on January 31, 2011, 1:30 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
I'll admit David Spade isn't the greatest comedian on the planet but he is far from the worst. David Space is the sarcastic guy on the sidelines. Not the greatest but still he has his moments. It also seems natural that he would miss his partner Chris Farley. -- Submitted By: (lrbloom) on December 23, 2010, 2:02 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote

Whatever you think of him, at least he is not one of the comedians who thinks their opinion (especially his political persuasion) is the basis of humour. That is rare today. -- Submitted By: (johnnydough) on June 5, 2010, 4:50 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
David Spade was at his best when he played the straight man to Chris Farley's antics. Without Farley to play off of, Spade's humor looks forced and awkward. Like Kimmel and many other comedians, Spade is at his best in a sidekick/second banana role. They both prove how hard it is to successfully pull off solo comedy. -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on May 25, 2010, 1:47 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
