The Garfield movie was awful. I agree with the people who are saying it was a disappointment for fans of the comics! From what I can tell the only people who enjoy it are small children. -- Submitted By: (TomPettyFan) on July 1, 2018, 2:16 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Bill Murray is not Garfield. He just wasn't. This movie ultimately killed me as a fan of Garfield. Also, it's weird when Garfield was the only CGI-character in that film. Yet Odie was real. Nothing worked in this film. -- Submitted By: (Infyrin) on March 19, 2014, 4:21 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
i loved the Garfield comic strip (still do) but there's a reason there are 25 votes for Day 1 here. The movie was just weird, and nothing like the original Garfield. The movies from certain shows are rarely the same as or as good as the original anyway but the Garfield movie would have been better off never made. I'm still a big Garfield fan but the movie was a catastrophe tbh. -- Submitted By: (Icemouth) on December 6, 2012, 2:10 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Bill Murray was instrumental in getting Lorenzo Music fired as the voice of Peter Venkman on Real Ghostbusters because "he doesn't sound like me"... then he goes on to take over Lorenzo Music's role as Garfield after his untimely death. -- Submitted By: (Travoltron) on September 24, 2009, 2:20 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
A computer generated version of America's most famous cartoon cat. Enough with this stupid fad of turning classic cartoons into computer animated abominations! -- Submitted By: (Robert) on August 10, 2009, 11:45 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
