Well-known for her conservative political opinions and the controversial ways in which she presents and defends them, Coulter has described herself as a polemicist who likes to "stir up the pot" and does not "pretend to be impartial or balanced, as broadcasters do." Ann Coulter Comments (You must Login to Comment)

Has done more to set back intellectual discourse in this country than almost anyone. I know the right-wing spambots on this site will vote this comment down. Bring it on, sorry you can't handle the truth. -- Submitted By: (BBulaga75) on June 8, 2012, 7:35 am - (2 votes) - Login to Vote

If so, it would explain why Bill Maher's her friend. So much for the Twilight Zone. :P -- Submitted By: (Robert) on June 7, 2011, 11:40 am - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
I think she does more harm than good to the political right. I wonder if she's really a leftist sent in to make conservatives look silly. Anyone remember when she said that her pipe dream was that women shouldn't be able to vote? Or when she said that certian Iraq war widows were enjoying their husbands death's? -- Submitted By: (wilddrawfour) on June 5, 2011, 9:12 pm - (4 votes) - Login to Vote
It's one thing to defend your ideology, and assail the opposing ideology, with sharp-tongued passion. It's something else again to revel in rhetorical eye-gouging, character evisceration, and the politics of personal dismemberment. Ann Coulter clearly enjoys the toxic, slash-and-burn wasteland that is the modern American political landscape. The more polarized we all are, the more bloodthirsty the language spewed by the hardcore partisan freakazoids on both sides, the more aroused this woman seems to become. I have a feeling she may have been Elizabeth Bathory in a past life. (Hopefully she will be an insect in the next.) -- Submitted By: (Soggy9000) on April 10, 2011, 11:36 pm - (4 votes) - Login to Vote
Makes perfect sense, Robert. Ann, Bill, Bill, and Glenn are all entertainers first and foremost. They say what they say to get ratings for their shows. Outside of their shows, they are normal (for the most part) people. Heck, O'Reilly and Letterman are known to be bowling buddies and even joke about it sometimes on the air! -- Submitted By: (kingbk) on March 5, 2011, 7:40 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
I don't really care for Ann Coulter. I'm not crazy for polemicists. But it's odd to call her a nut bar while standing up for Bill Maher (who himself is a nut bar). What's even odder is that Ann Coulter and Bill Maher are friends. Twilight Zone, anyone? -- Submitted By: (Robert) on March 5, 2011, 10:53 am - (3 votes) - Login to Vote
I can't believe some of you defend this nut bar. -- Submitted By: (JustLooking) on January 31, 2011, 6:58 pm - (-3 votes) - Login to Vote

Awesome, simply awesome. Anyone who aggrivates the treasonous left the way Ann does is on to something. Godspeed Ann, keep it up. -- Submitted By: (BrianBuck) on January 15, 2010, 8:16 pm - (2 votes) - Login to Vote
