TV Shows - Camp Lazlo

Camp Lazlo is a American animated television series created by Joe Murray, produced by Cartoon Network Studios. It currently airs on Cartoon Network. The show features a Boy Scout-like summer camp with a cast of anthropomorphic animal characters, a "retro" type of humor and silliness akin to Murray's previous series, Rocko's Modern Life (which aired on Nickelodeon a decade earlier), and cultural references.

1 Better than some other cartoons that are on CN now (and the time when it was on the air), but nowhere near as good as Rocko's Modern Life. -- Submitted By: (cartooner) on November 22, 2010, 5:18 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

3 A breath of fresh air compared to the other crap they have on TV today, but I like Rocko better. -- Submitted By: (Robert) on October 7, 2010, 10:25 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
4 The only reason some people are voting this down is it didn't come on when they were kids. If this had started in the 90's then you would've liked it. This was a really good show, one of the best Cartoon Network had this whole decade. It's sad that the network cancelled it, it was doing good when they cancelled it... Also, Slinkman is awesome. -- Submitted By: (blurbdragon) on October 6, 2010, 8:58 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
5 If Cartoon Network wants to even have a chance at staying alive, they should make a spinoff of Camp Lazlo where Lazlo, the Bean Scouts, and the Squirrel Scouts are in school, with Lumpus as the principal, Slinkman as the vice principal, Chef McMuesli as the chef, etc. I say this because CN's reason for Camp Lazlo ending was that it just "naturally ended". I'm guessing this is because summer was ending and school was starting back up for the Bean Scouts. Even if "School Lazlo" or whatever it's called isn't half as good as the original Camp Lazlo, chances are it'll still be better than 95% of the mindless drivel that CN has forced upon its viewers, with the exception of Chowder and Flapjack. Once those two shows end, CN better think of something like this, lest it finally fall into the "Cartoon Graveyard". -- Submitted By: (ScottyB) on November 7, 2009, 10:47 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
