Rush may be un-snubbed but Deep Purple still is. -- Submitted By: (Jp) on December 18, 2012, 8:34 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote

Recent Cracked article; http://www.cracked.com/blog/5-people-cheated-out-rock-roll-hall-fame/ Says it all, really. -- Submitted By: (johnnydough) on March 31, 2012, 8:44 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Well, at least the Small Faces are going into the Hall of Fame in 2012. Hopefully other deserving acts(the usual suspects: Moody Blues; Rush; Chicago; Stevie Ray Vaughan; Kiss, etc)get in very soon before they "shudder" begin inducting stupid acts like Lil Wayne or Limp Bizkit. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on March 28, 2012, 11:47 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
It is a bit political as to who is selected for induction and who isn't. They probably need to split it out and do an R & B Hall of Fame, A Rap Hall of Fame, A Heavy Metal Hall of Fame, A New Wave Hall of Fame, you get the idea. -- Submitted By: (JoeBagODonuts) on March 17, 2012, 11:31 pm - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Inducted - Madonna, Grandmaster Flash, and the Jackson 5 Ignored - Rush, Kansas, and Journey Is there a problem here? -- Submitted By: (BrewMaster) on October 12, 2011, 9:38 pm - (1 votes) - Login to Vote
I am always disappointed whenever they reveal the nominees for the hall and see some of my favourite artists being snubbed yet again. Will they ever induct great bands like Chicago, Yes, the Doobie Brothers, the Moody Blues or the (Small)Faces to name but a few? I really don't get why they keep nominating Chic. Yes, they had a few big hits but were they ever rock hall worthy? The same can be said about LL Cool J. -- Submitted By: (JayD) on August 11, 2011, 12:00 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Soggy you are 100% completely right. At least there keeping Kiss out though. Haha! -- Submitted By: (Jp) on August 10, 2011, 4:56 pm - (-2 votes) - Login to Vote
Pop is not rock. Rap is not rock. R&B, as great as it is, is not rock. Easy listening DEFINITELY is not rock. And the whole idea of a committee of non-musicians choosing from among artists - setting them up as competitors - for the purpose of giving them stupid popularity-contest awards, is 180 degrees away from what rock is supposed to be all about. The Sex Pistols are right: the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is nothing but a urine stain. (So are the Grammys and every other music award. Eddie Vedder said it best when accepting a Grammy on behalf of Pearl Jam: "I don't think this really means anything.") -- Submitted By: (Soggy9000) on April 1, 2011, 5:10 am - (-1 votes) - Login to Vote
What are ya'll talkin' about? James Burton was inducted to the RR Hall of Fame back in 2001. -- Submitted By: (Stephanie) on January 27, 2010, 11:32 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
Why is that everytime the inductees collaborate on stage at the end of the ceremony, Bruce Springsteen is always there? It's like, every single year, he's up on stage jammin' with everyone. He's like the party crasher or something. -- Submitted By: (Stephanie) on December 7, 2009, 9:11 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
This is a Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. What the hell is with these non-rock groups/people in it?!? -- Submitted By: (PYLrulz) on December 6, 2009, 10:13 am - (0 votes) - Login to Vote
